Matthew Emerson is the Managing Director of Ongar-based management consulting business Blackmore Four.  At Blackmore Four, we help ambitious business leaders achieve outstanding performance through effective leadership and organisation of their people.

Away from business, Matthew is busy with family life, trying to fit in a few runs and a bit of tennis each week but his personal passion is cooking, developed while living in Singapore, and a determination for recreating the delightful dishes of South-east Asia!
