Ian Banks

Ian Banks is the owner of the Southend based recruitment agency One to One Personnel. Since falling into the industry in 1996 Ian and his team have placed over 7500 people in jobs in and around Essex since he set up his business in 2004. He lives in Danbury with his wife Sarah, their three children and Pippa the Cockapoo. Ian is a bit of an adrenaline addict and enjoys Mountain Biking, Jet Ski racing and golf with his kids enjoying life to the full.

 

We have helped thousands of people from all walks of life start, change and shape their careers and we will continue to do so for as long as we can.
